About Studio 3

Studio 3 is used for advanced audio recording and editing. In Studio 3, students can record podcasts and live instruments, as well as create multi-track recordings. The space is equipped with three Electro-Voice RE320 microphones, a PreSonus StudioLive AR16 USB mixer, and several programs for editing and manipulating audio, including Adobe Audition.

Adobe Audition

Adobe Audition is a program that allows users to professionally record and edit any type of audio, such as podcasts, interviews, and even songs. There are numerous built-in effects and tools that can be used to manipulate your recordings in almost any way imaginable.

PreSonus StudioLive AR16 USB

The PreSonus StudioLive AR16 USB is an 18-channel mixer that works in tandem with Adobe Audition to give users more control over Audition's interface, which in turn makes the process of recording and editing audio files much easier.
